I offer 1:1 sessions utilising the transformative principles and techniques of Sacred Feminine Alchemy. This approach combines depth/shadow work and somatic practices with feminine empowerment mentoring and archetypal awakening.
These sessions are a co-creative process of healing and transformation that unfold according to each woman’s unique needs, desires and vision.
This work is an invitation to connect more deeply with your authentic inner knowing to gain clarity, transform stuck energy, heal old emotional wounds, and awaken to greater potential.
Together we create a container where your life stories are shared, held and witnessed in a safe and sacred space. Transformative processes then allow you to discover, explore and integrate these experiences.
You can give voice to the hidden, unheard, or disowned aspects of self and welcome them home.
By developing a compassionate relationship with all parts of yourself, you will have the opportunity to deepen self-awareness, and harness the wisdom and truth held within your own stories.
This inner wisdom creates a shift in perspective, and allows you to let go of the limiting ways of seeing yourself as well as the restrictive patterns you have created as a result.
This leads to increasing wholeness and a more authentic and aligned way of being. You can then free up your creative potential, activate your authentic power and align with your sacred purpose.

The process...
As sacred feminine alchemy is a blended approach, our session may include a variety of methods designed to alchemise our shadow stories and enable powerful shifts on the psychological, energetic, and somatic (embodied) levels.
In the chair we use narrative process, depth work and expressive arts to unpack your stories, gain understanding of your unconscious archetypal patterns, and get to the heart of what is limiting your authentic expression.
On the healing table, we combine transformative practices, such as inner dialogue and parts work, somatic awareness, archetypal integration, journey work, and energetic activation to create genuine healing and lasting change.
